How Can I Help You?

Sometimes the hardest part of counselling is making contact with a counsellor in the first place. Finding the courage to pick up the phone or send an email can be frightening. Anxiety, lack of confidence, shame and fear can sometimes be felt by those who are looking to make the first step.

I am an experienced and qualified therapeutic psychotherapist and I work with a wide variety of concerns including:-

  • Addictions and post-addiction
  • Anger
  • Anxiety
  • Attachment Issues
  • Bereavement
  • Chronic Health and Chronic Pain
  • Depression
  • Family problems
  • Low self-confidence and low self-esteem
  • Relationship and Couples Counselling
  • Stress
  • Trauma
  • Phobias
  • and more....

Contact me in confidence on 07999 858630 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I can promise that once you make that first step I will provide a space where you will feel safe, supported, understood and not judged.

I can help you to:-

  • Feel less anxious
  • Improve your depression and low mood
  • Be free from guilt and shame
  • Achieve a new normal in relation to health issues
  • Work through grief and loss
  • Feel less stressed
  • Develop better relationships
  • Overcoming addiction
  • Moving forward after addiction
  • Feeling less angry
  • Overcome a phobia

When you first make contact for counselling, I will arrange an initial no-obligation consultation appointment. This will be at a reduced cost to a normal counselling session and provides the opportunity to discuss what you are looking for support with. It is really important to find a counsellor who you are comfortable with and so this appointment will also provide you with the opportunity to meet me, get a feel for where the counselling takes place (if meeting in-person) and what it might be like having counselling with me (either online or in-person). I will also answer any questions that you may have. There is no obligation to book any counselling sessions with me after this appointment.

What will it cost?

  • Counselling session (50 minutes) - £55/session
